for our administrative coordinator.
Your 3 / 4 year old child will automatically be enrolled for the following school year.
Contracts will be given out by our administrative coordinator late fall/early winter (date subject to change).
Open morning spots in our Pre-K class will be offered to existing afternoon families on a
first come, first serve basis. Past families will be offered contracts at the same time as
present families. Contracts will go out to new families at a later time.
Age Requirements
Children must be at least 3 years of age by August 31st to enter our 2 day Three-Year-Old Program,
and at least 4 years of age by August 31st to enter our 3 day Pre-K Program.
Classroom Assignments
The Teachers and Administrative Coordinator try their very best to create the healthiest classroom
environment as possible for your children. Consideration for placement includes the following factors:
Birthdates, Boy/Girl Ratio, Daycare, School Districts, and Special Concerns.
When moving to the Pre-K class we feel that it is in the best interest of the children to remain with the same
teacher. We feel this will provide continuity and stability for both the children and their parents and make for
a smooth transition in September.
Episcopal Nursery School does reserve the right to make changes
in the classroom, as felt necessary.
Changes may be made based on the following factors:
Student/Teacher Personality, Student/Student Personality, Parent Concerns, Boy/Girl Ratio, and Birthdates.
Changes made to the classroom are made in the very best interest of your child.
Teachers will make you aware of any changes before the end of the school year.
Tuition Payments
Tuition payments are due on the 1st of September, November, February, and April, unless other arrangements have been made.
A $20.00 late fee will be charged if your payment is not received by the 10th day of the month it is due.
If your check is returned for “Insufficient Funds” our bank fee will be imposed and further tuition payments
will be required in the form of a money order or certified check.
Tuition forms will be handed out prior to the due date.
Checks should be made payable to Episcopal Nursery School.
All payments should be placed in the blue box located on Donna's desk.
Please contact our Administrative Coordinator if at any time you have a problem making tuition payments.
If payments are not made in a timely manner, the School Board has the right to remove your child from our program.
